What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us:
- Contact forms. Your name, email address, organization and the message you write, so that we can reply.
- Resource requests. Your name and email address when you ask us to send you a guide or download.
- Basic technical data. Your IP address is stored alongside form submissions to help us prevent spam.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How we use it
- To answer your message or send you the resource you requested.
- To send occasional community updates, events and new resources, if you asked for them.
- To understand which resources are useful, in aggregate.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop sending you emails. Write to info@latimgs.org and we will take care of it.
The LATIMGS community app
The community app is a separate platform. When you create an account there, that platform's own privacy terms apply to the information you provide inside it.
Other sites
This site links to other organizations and platforms. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information.
