Our Mission
Latino physicians represent only about 6% of the U.S. physician workforce, while communities across the world continue to face critical gaps in access to care. At the same time, International Medical Graduates bring talent, experience, and a deep commitment to serve. LATIMGS exists to connect that potential with opportunity — building a global community that helps turn medical talent into local impact and advances health equity for all.
